Qualifications

• Specialized law enforcement experience including ability to make arrests and use firearms judiciously.
• Experience interpreting and enforcing immigration laws and related regulations.
• Ability to analyze information rapidly, make prompt decisions, and develop casework.

Responsibilities

• Protect borders by patrolling land, sea, and air entry points.
• Identify and investigate smuggling operations and unlawful entry.
• Coordinate with other agencies during operations and investigations.
• Maintain readiness for rotating shifts and temporary assignments as required.
