Job summary

Helping Hands Family seeks a Lead-Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality ABA services for children with autism in a clinic-based setting in Center Valley, PA. You will supervise RBTs, assess needs, and develop treatment plans while collaborating with Clinical Directors to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from BACB is required.
• State licensure where required by state regulations.
• ABA experience in clinical settings is preferred.
• RBT background is a plus for new BCBAs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Manage a caseload up to 10 clients and 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors and regional teams to ensure best practices.
• Maintain ethical documentation and comply with BACB and state guidelines.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism
• Manageable Caseload: Up to 10 clients, completing 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week (note: billable hours are not tied to pay)
• Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs
• Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices
• Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines

What You’ll Need:

• Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• State Licensure where required
• ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic-based setting
• Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment

Helping Hands Family Base Salary Range

$85,000 - $95,000 USD
