EdenPath ABA is looking for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and grow into clinical leadership! This role is built to grow with you. You'll start hourly, working closely with our practice management consultant to help set up and optimize our CentralReach system from the ground up. You'll take on a small caseload of learners as we build out our client roster together, giving you hands on time with families and treatment plans. As your caseload and tenure grow, you'll transition into the full time Lead BCBA position, with the salary, benefits, and leadership scope that come with it. It's a real opportunity to shape the clinical program you'll eventually lead.

Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
Supervise BCBAs and RBTs and provide ongoing training and support
Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed
Partner with our consultant to build out and optimize our CentralReach practice management system

Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
Starting Hourly: $100 an hour, with a clear path to full time Lead BCBA salary as caseload builds

Location: Maryland (Hybrid)
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
