Job summary

EdenPath ABA seeks an experienced BCBA to grow into a Lead BCBA role in Maryland. Start on an hourly basis, then transition to full-time leadership as caseload and responsibilities expand.

You will work with our practice management consultant to set up and optimize CentralReach and supervise a developing team of BCBAs and RBTs, guiding treatment plans and client outcomes. • Master's in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification required, current.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise BCBAs and RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Partner with consultant to build and optimize CentralReach.
• Take on a growing caseload of learners as roster expands.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

EdenPath ABA is looking for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and grow into clinical leadership! Your Path to Lead BCBA:

This role is built to grow with you. You'll start hourly, working closely with our practice management consultant to help set up and optimize our CentralReach system from the ground up. You'll take on a small caseload of learners as we build out our client roster together, giving you hands on time with families and treatment plans. As your caseload and tenure grow, you'll transition into the full time Lead BCBA position, with the salary, benefits, and leadership scope that come with it. It's a real opportunity to shape the clinical program you'll eventually lead.

Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans

• Supervise BCBAs and RBTs and provide ongoing training and support

Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation and Schedule:

• Starting Hourly: $100 an hour, with a clear path to full time Lead BCBA salary as caseload builds

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

• Location: Maryland (Hybrid)

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs

• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives
