Qualifications

• 36 months of engineering R&D or new product development in automotive or aerospace.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate BMS simulation modeling across Battery Engineering and partners.
• Define simulation requirements with stakeholders.
• Create reduced order models for BMS simulations.
• Manage multiple fidelity model libraries related to battery simulations.
• Analyze simulation data to generate performance reports and insights.
• Implement continuous improvements to models for accuracy and reliability.
• Develop diagnostic interfaces for controllers to aid troubleshooting.
• Validate model performance and resolve errors through testing.
• Create test cases for unit, SIL, and HIL tests.
• Assist in executing BMS software verification test plans and automation.
• Execute SIL and HIL system tests under various conditions.
• Simulate normal and abnormal battery operation modes.
• Support simulation test infrastructure for BMS verification.
