Job summary

You will supervise peers, maintain documentation, and coordinate with internal teams. The role requires rugged attention to detail, strong communication, and flexibility for weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Minimum 4 years of related experience in a regulatory, laboratory, or manufacturing environment.
• Good computer skills, ability to use various programs and laboratory equipment, attention to detail, and accurate documentation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet quality and production goals with accurate documentation.
• Perform inventory management throughout manufacturing and distribution.
• Data entry and operation of software for component production, labeling, storage, and sample tube management.
• Analyze information and make decisions to meet time goals.
• Perform complex manufacturing tasks such as pooled product production, freeze, wash, or deglycerolizing of blood products, and pathogen reduction.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• May require weekend/holiday scheduling to meet hospital needs.
• Assist supervisory duties and training of staff when needed.
