BIG O TIRES - DENVER (COLFAX)/GOLDEN is seeking Lead and B-Level Automotive Technicians in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. You'll be part of a high-volume shop with a supportive team environment. With over 35 years of local presence, we prioritize growth and excellence.

The Lead Technician must have 5+ years of experience and excellent diagnostic skills, while B-Level Technicians seek to improve their automotive repair knowledge. Competitive, performance-based pay and strong benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional automotive repair experience for Lead Automotive Technician.
• Solid foundation in general automotive repair and maintenance services for B-Level Automotive Technician.
• Valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).

Responsibilities

• Handle everything from quick maintenance to deep diagnostic work.
• Proficient in brakes, steering, and suspension.
• Perform diagnostic and manufacturer scheduled maintenance.

Lead Automotive Technician

You are the anchor of the shop floor. You aren't just fixing cars; you’re a leader and a mentor who helps elevate the whole team.

B-Level Automotive Technician

You know your way around a vehicle, you’re efficient, and you’re looking to sharpen your skills in a fast-paced, high-volume shop.

• Experience: Solid foundation in general automotive repair and maintenance services.

Core Responsibilities & Technical Skills

We handle everything from quick maintenance to deep diagnostic work. Applicants should be proficient in:

Job Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and a clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• Reliable transportation to work.
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.Physical capability to stand for long periods, work in outdoor weather conditions when needed, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Availability to work weekends and flexible shifts as needed.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
