Qualifications

• PhD/MS in statistics or related discipline.
• 6–8 years of pharmaceutical experience.
• Experience leading multiple projects and programs.
• Experience with rare diseases and Phase III/IV studies preferred.
• Proficiency in SAS or R and strong programming skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Mentor biostatisticians and develop training materials.
• Direct activities of biostatistics personnel on projects to ensure timely, high-quality work.
• Provide support across all statistical tasks from protocol to CSR.
• Prepare or oversee SAP development and review mock-up displays.
• Lead complex analyses and contribute to regulatory submissions as needed.
• Review study documentation to ensure data capture supports analyses.
• Interface with project teams and manage timelines and priorities.
