Qualifications

Postdoctoral research experience or industry experience is a plus.
Expertise in protein expression and characterization techniques; purification and functional characterization methods.

Responsibilities

Lead biochemistry efforts for macrocyclic discovery and assay strategy for multiple projects.
Lead molecule testing from identification to optimization and contribute to Phase 1 and beyond.
Provide assay development expertise and support for macrocyclic peptide discovery projects.
Develop methodologies, protocols and run protein binding assays for characterization of compounds.
Characterize functionality of protein reagents and oversee quality and tracking.
