Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or 4 years of analytics experience required.
• EPIC designation of Proficient within the probationary period.
• 1 year experience with relational database structures (design/testing/training).
• 1 year experience in data analysis/health care planning background.
• 1 year experience with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports.
• Experience with SQL/Oracle and/or Business Objects.

Responsibilities

• Maintains understanding of database structure and BI tools to create analytics solutions.
• Serves as first contact for data analytics and process improvement.
• Performs data analysis and creates queries, programs and automation.
• Uses analytical methods to ensure data is meaningful and accurate.
• Demonstrates ability with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, SAP.
