• A habit of thinking about resolution value early, not just on the eve of mediation

Responsibilities

• Bodily injury and personal injury defense: auto related injuries, premises claims and other negligence matters
• You set the strategy, run the discovery and report to the carrier
• You take and defend the depositions, including treating physicians and retained experts
• You argue your own motions and hearings
• You prepare cases for trial and get courtroom time, leading trials as your experience allows
