Job summary

Frank Beverage Group in Middleton, WI is seeking a Lead Merchandiser to supervise in-store merchandising for off-premise liquor and wine sales, stock shelves, build displays, rotate stock, install POS, and ensure products are presented for consumer purchase with limited supervision.

You will train new merchandisers, support scheduling, and assist with monthly display priorities while leading the team in the manager's absence. A high school diploma and relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising and retail display
• Ability to train and coach staff
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Merchandises, stocks, rotates, and maintains products, shelves, displays, cold boxes, and back stock at retail accounts.
• Builds and maintains displays and point-of-sale materials per guidelines.
• Coaches and trains Merchandisers in daily activities and display execution.
• Provides route coverage for vacations, absences, deliveries, events, and other needs.
• Supports sales teams with monthly display priorities and key account displays.
• Assists with scheduling, interviews, and new hire input.
• Leads merchandising team in manager's absence and provides in-store oversight.
• Maintains product quality, monitors codes, and ensures proper rotation.
