Job summary

Frank Beverage Group is hiring a Merchandiser to stock and rotate products at customer accounts, ensuring shelves look presentable and displays are built to drive consumer purchasing.

Position starts at 6:00am with 10-hour days and requires weekend work. A valid driver’s license and residence within roughly 15–20 miles of the route are required. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a collaborative, family-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent inter-personal skills; friendly and approachable.
• Goal oriented, focused, and assertive.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of insurance required.
• Residence within approximately 15–20 miles of the assigned route preferred.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, stock and rotate product at each account.
• Inventory and reorganize back stocks, refill cold boxes, shelves and displays.
• Build displays, fix shelving, hang signage.

[COMPANY] in [CITY, STATE] is now hiring a Merchandiser. The team members of [COMPANY] are committed, innovative leaders of the beverage industry through marketing, selling, distributing, merchandising, and servicing quality products to our valued customers. This position is responsible for providing in-store by merchandising and stocking our products at customer accounts. Merchandising includes stocking shelves, building displays, installing POS as well as keeping POS presentable, rotating stock, and ensuring products are presented for consumer purchase.

Schedule: 10hr days, starting at 6:00am

MUST be available to work weekends

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 40 pounds on a regular basis
• Walk and stand for long periods of time; bending, twisting, squatting, lifting
• Climbing up and down ladders
