Job summary

Frank Beverage Group is hiring a Sales Trainee at Frank Liquors of La Crosse in La Crosse, WI. The role supports On Premise and Off Premise sales teams by driving merchandising, executing promotions, and assisting with inventory and displays.

You will rotate through sales routes, conduct retail calls, and help ensure product placement and brand presence across accounts, while adapting to both evenings and weekends as required. A high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to persuade.
• Capable of coordinating multiple projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on in-store support for off-premise and on-premise accounts.
• Merchandise accounts to align with company standards.
• Stocks and rotates products and maintains inventory presentation.
• Communicate with account staff, delivery teams and sales reps; report issues promptly.
• Assist with rebates and coupons within assigned accounts.
• Ensure premium product placement and strong brand presence across accounts.
• Build displays, install signage, and use ladders safely for merchandising.
• Work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
