Job summary

Symrise AG is seeking a seasoned professional to own end-to-end delivery of customer projects in the beverage space. You will manage scope, timelines, and risks while leading cross-functional teams to meet technical and commercial objectives.

You will develop differentiated beverage prototypes and provide expert guidance from concept to commercialization, translating marketing insights into customer-ready solutions and enabling scaling across multiple beverages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in food science (MS preferred).
• 5–8 years beverage applications or beverage product development experience.
• Deep expertise in multiple beverage areas, plus broad knowledge of ingredients and processing technologies.
• Knowledgeable of HACCP/Food Safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of customer projects, managing scope, timelines, and risks to meet technical and commercial objectives.
• Lead development of differentiated beverage prototypes translating Marketing insights into customer-ready solutions.
• Act as trusted technical partner to customers from concept through commercialization and scale-up.
