Pearce Services is seeking a Lead Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Services Technician to lead complex electrical and mechanical projects across the United States. You will oversee field teams, ensure safety, and drive commissioning and troubleshooting with a hands-on leadership style.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years of team leadership, 6+ years electrical proficiency in medium/high voltage systems, and experience with BESS, UPS, and critical infrastructure.

As a Lead Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Services Technician, you will be responsible for leading complex electrical and mechanical projects. We are looking for experienced field professionals who thrive in mission‑critical environments as hands‑on technical leaders with strong troubleshooting skills, commissioning experience, and the ability to lead field teams safely and efficiently on projects located throughout United States. This is up to a 100% travel role across the United States.
Specific duties may vary or evolve over time based on business and client needs.

Compensation: $45.00-$60.00 hourly/DOE and Per Diem

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location. In addition to wages, employees may also be eligible for performance and referral bonuses, production incentives, tool/equipment and fuel stipends, company vehicle, per diem or other applicable compensation. Base Pay Range: $45 USD - $60 USD
