Pearce Services in the United States is seeking an Experienced Travel Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Technician for the PEARCE Renewables ESS division. This 100% travel role covers commercial and industrial solar projects nationwide, performing O&M and hands-on labor.
You will troubleshoot BESS, execute LOTO, participate in pre-task planning and risk assessments, and collaborate with vendors and customers while upholding safety, quality and efficiency.

The Experienced Travel Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Technician in the PEARCE Renewables Energy Storage Systems (ESS) division performs tasks involving operations and maintenance (O&M) and physical labor at commercial and industrial solar energy projects located throughout the United States. This is a 100% travel role across the United States.
Hourly rate: $25.00–$40.00 (DOE) plus per diem. Base pay range: $25 USD – $40 USD. In addition to wages, employees may be eligible for performance and referral bonuses, production incentives, tool/equipment and fuel stipends, company vehicle, per diem, or other compensation.
