Job summary

Pearce Services is seeking a Lead Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Services Technician to oversee electrical and mechanical projects across the United States. You will lead field teams, troubleshoot high-voltage systems, and ensure safety and quality on mission-critical installations.

Expect to travel extensively (up to 100%), coordinate schedules, mentor junior technicians, and interface with customers to manage expectations. A strong safety focus and relevant certifications are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leading teams or supervising experience.
