Job summary

Thrive Care Services Llc seeks a Lead Behavioral Support Professional to provide direct client care and lead a team of professionals. You will implement client-specific behavioral interventions, promote skill development, and support community integration according to IPP and IBSP.

You will train and guide staff, ensuring treatment plans are followed with integrity while maintaining a client-centered approach. Strong collaboration with RNs, QBMPs, and clinicians is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience providing direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities, with a focus on behavioral services.
• Obtain RBT certification within 60 days, or meet QBMP/LPT qualifications.
• Direct care staff training and adherence to treatment plans is required.
• Ability to stand, sit, bend, lift up to 50 lbs and perform room-to-room mobility.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and leadership to Behavioral Support Professionals.
• Implement client-specific behavioral interventions per IPP/IBSP.
• Train and guide staff to ensure treatment plans are executed with integrity.
• Foster community integration and skill development for clients.
• Monitor treatment plan implementation and ensure program standards.
