Job summary

InVision Human Services, Inc. seeks a Behavioral Specialist to lead behavioral intervention design and Positive Behavioral Support planning. You will drive the FBA process to identify targets and model person-centered supports across the team.

You will provide clinical consultation and training to direct support professionals, ensuring restraint-free approaches and thorough documentation. Strong communication and travel to support sites are essential.

Qualifications

• Hold a master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Education, Counseling or related field.
• Possess a relevant behavioral or mental health license or credential (e.g., LBS, LSW, BCBA, BCaBA, LAPC, LAMFT, RBT).
• Two years of experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead behavioral intervention design and Positive Behavioral Support planning.
• Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) to identify targets.
• Provide ongoing clinical consultation and training to direct support professionals.
• Ensure restraint-free and least restrictive methodology in plans.
• Complete documentation in medical records and plan reviews.
