Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1+ year of Lead BHT experience in substance abuse or mental health.
• Clean DMV record in the last 3 years.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift and communicate with Supervisor and Director.
• Monitor patient safety and supervise facility operations.
• Conduct vital signs, UDS and pregnancy testing per policy.
• Provide patient support and refer concerns to therapy staff.
• Coordinate daily programs and patient discharge preparations.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality care.
