Qualifications

• Safe driving record with a clean DMV report (last 3 years).
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Preferred: experience in substance use disorder or mental health treatment.
• Preferred: associate’s degree or higher.

Responsabilités

• Patient Supervision and Safety: Monitor patients and facility grounds, conduct safety checks, and communicate with medical staff for attention needs.
• Waive Testing: Measure and report vital signs, conduct UDS and pregnancy tests, and comply with company policies.
• Patient Interaction and Support: Maintain respectful and professional interactions, offer emotional support, refer concerns to therapy staff.
• Communication and Team Collaboration: Share relevant patient information with Team Leader and Operations Director while collaborating with the team.
• Daily Program and Facility Management: Assist in patient transport, group coordination, and recreational activities; ensure safety and discharge preparations.
