Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides individual and group psychotherapy and substance use treatment to incarcerated male individuals.
• Maintains timely and accurate clinical records, including progress notes, assessments, and treatment activity logs.
• Lead/participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop, review, and update comprehensive individual treatment plans.
• Train employees and subordinate staff on substance use counseling core principles and practices.
• Provides required weekly clinical supervision for PLADCs and monthly supervision for LADCs.
• Oversee planning, organization, and coordination of substance use treatment operations, including goals and action plans.
