JobRx, Inc. is seeking a pharmacist to serve as the behavioral health pharmacy expert for the Brighton Center for Recovery within the Henry Ford Pharmacy Enterprise.

The role provides clinical and operational leadership to standardize medication management and ensure regulatory compliance across inpatient and outpatient services. The position emphasizes collaboration with physicians, nurses, and enterprise leadership to improve patient outcomes in behavioral health and substance use disorder

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree from an accredited college of pharmacy and complete a residency or have equivalent hospital pharmacy experience.
• Minimum of 2 years pharmacist experience in behavioral health, psychiatry, addiction medicine, or health-system pharmacy preferred.
• PGY2 Psychiatric Pharmacy Residency or demonstrated psychiatric pharmacy/substance use disorder experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3–5 years pharmacist experience or equivalent training at another institution preferred.
• Must meet practice standards for a Level II pharmacist and be able to serve as an institutional authority in a specialty area.
• Must have leadership abilities and strong teamwork, with excellent verbal and written communication, and a demonstrated publication record.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical and operational leadership for behavioral health medication management.
• Lead medication safety initiatives, regulatory compliance (DEA, Michigan Board of Pharmacy, CMS, Joint Commission).
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, addiction medicine physicians, nursing, and enterprise leadership to standardize services.
• Lead ADC optimization, formulary management, and controlled substance stewardship.
• Develop and maintain behavioral health policies, SOPs, and medication-use workflows.
