Qualifications

• Licensure as a Clinical Psychologist, LMFT, or LCSW with ≥2 years post-licensure experience.
• Complete supervisory training per BBS within 30 days of hire.
• Two years of counseling/case management experience in a Substance Use Disorder program.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices for SUD and co-occurring conditions.
• Leadership to supervise, coach, and manage staff.
• Ability to handle high-stress/crisis situations.
• Experience working with Native Americans preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administrative supervision: approve time-off, oversee timesheets, schedule, and evaluations.
• Clinical supervision: consult on assessment, treatment planning, and case conceptualization.
• Help develop Behavioral Health policies; ensure licensing, certification, and accreditation compliance.
• Select, train, and monitor staff; coordinate continuing education.
• Lead staff meetings and case conferences; coach team.
• Monitor quality; assist audits and respond to government inquiries.
• Maintain caseloads; conduct assessments and provide therapy.
• Complete clinical documentation in EHR and coordinate care.
• Communicate with multidisciplinary treatment team to optimize patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
