Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or related field.
• Master's degree in social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or related field (preferred).
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist that meets BBS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of clinicians, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
• Conduct regular clinical reviews and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care plans.
• Provide direct clinical services including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Participate in community outreach and education initiatives to promote mental health awareness.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation per legal and ethical standards.
• Lead staff meetings and case conferences to facilitate communication and teamwork.
• Stay informed about developments in mental health and apply evidence-based practices.
