Job summary

The J Arthur Trudeau Memorial Center seeks a Lead Behavior Technician to support the Pathways program in Coventry, RI. This on-site role focuses on implementing behavioral plans for students with developmental disabilities and supervising team members.

You will collaborate with the Behavior Analyst and clinical staff, maintain data on progress, and help ensure safe, effective educational services in multiple settings during standard hours, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required or preferred in a related field.
• Three years’ experience working with children in a special education setting preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead or manage a team.
• Must have valid driver’s license and vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Implement instructional strategies as prescribed.
• Implement and monitor behavioral plans and data collection.
• Participate in student IEPs and communicate with school staff.
