Job summary

Therapy Smarts, Inc is seeking a leader in Behavior Analysis to join our established ABA program within a multi-disciplinary clinic in North Carolina. The role focuses on designing ABA and parent training for children and adolescents and supervising the Autism Service Team to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of ABA experience with children/adolescents.
• Licensed by NC Behavior Analyst Licensure Board (NCBALB).
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive ABA and parent training for children and adolescents.
• Oversee clinic operations to ensure effective service delivery.
• Supervise Autism Service Team with performance evaluations and progress monitoring.
• Foster positive team culture and collaborate with team members.
