Job summary

A Child’s Place is seeking a part-time On-site Coordinator for the Before and After School program at Coatesville School District. The role involves leading the program for grades K-5, supervising staff, coordinating activities, and ensuring a safe, engaging environment before and after the school day.

Shifts run 6:15-9:15am and 3:15-6:00pm, Monday through Friday, 25 hours weekly. Ideal candidates are energetic, reliable, and capable of handling parent concerns while maintaining positive

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma required.
• Associate’s Degree or higher in related education fields preferred.
• 2 years (2,500 hours) of documented experience with children.
• Ability to pass and maintain all background/clearance checks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise groups of students in various activities to maintain a safe, positive learning environment.
• Assist with organizing and monitoring appropriate activities for school-aged children.
• Submit monthly plans, supply lists, and newsletters by due dates.
• Provide constant, supportive, professional communication with coworkers, parents, and children.
• Implement positive discipline and guidance to students.
