Job summary

Nashoba Learning Group is seeking an Experienced BCBA / Supervising Clinician to provide clinical leadership within our Adult Services program. You will mentor clinicians, guide complex cases, and maintain high clinical standards without an overwhelming caseload.

You will collaborate with the Adult Services Director and interdisciplinary teams to ensure ethical, effective supports, while promoting autonomy and quality of life for adults we serve.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification and Massachusetts LABA license.
• Experience supervising 4–8 clinical staff including BCBAs-in-training and RBTs.
• Demonstrated leadership, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight for adult members with assessments, plan development, and data-based decisions.
• Supervise and mentor 4–8 clinical staff including BCBAs-in-training and RBTs.
• Design and oversee function-based behavior support plans in line with DDS regulations.
• Monitor data, review graphs, and update treatment plans as needed.
• Lead internal clinics (minimum one half-day per group, monthly).
• Deliver staff training, coaching, and professional development.
• Ensure dignity, safety, and regulatory compliance across services.
