Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for Social Skills programs in California. Under general supervision, you will monitor and analyze the clinical quality of assigned groups, maintain capacity, provide caregiver training, and supervise direct reports.

You will serve as a liaison among families, communities, and health care providers to ensure smooth referral, screening, intervention, and transition workflows.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in early childhood education/development, special education, psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification, or MFT or licensed psychologist in good standing.
• 3 years ASD experience in a multi-disciplinary team.
• 1–2 years of management experience; telehealth delivery experience if location requires.
• Ability to supervise and train caregivers; data-driven treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Monitor clinical quality and maintain group capacity.
• Lead caregiver training and supervise direct reports.
• Coordinate referral, screening, intervention, and transition workflows.
• Ensure accurate billing for social skills groups.
• Manage attendance and productivity standards (≥80%).
• Communicate with families and community resources.
