Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• State licensure where required.
• ABA experience; RBT background is a plus for new BCBAs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Manageable caseload with supervision of up to 5 RBTs.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors and regional leadership to uphold best practices.
• Maintain ethical documentation and BACB/state guideline compliance.
