Job summary

Achieving True Self is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead assessment, development, and oversight of ABA treatment plans for young clients. You will mentor BCBA candidates, RBTs, and staff, ensuring high-quality and ethical care across teams.

In partnership with families, you will provide training that empowers ongoing progress beyond sessions, shaping futures with evidence-based practices. Evening availability is preferred, and Maryland licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification (required).
• License as a Behavior Analyst in Maryland.
• Evening availability 2–3 days/week preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of car insurance.
• New grads are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with children and families to create engaging learning experiences.
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop BCBA candidates and RBTs.
• Train and support families to ensure progress in treatment.
• Collect and analyze data and update treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain high standards of care and professional excellence.
