Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead Intensive Behavior Support services as a BCBA, overseeing a manageable caseload and supervising direct care staff in Cupertino, CA.

This role offers a competitive salary of $105,000–$115,000 plus a $6,000 annual bonus, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, CEU support, flexible scheduling, and weekly pay, with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Qualifications

• Active license or certification in good standing (e.g. BCBA or LBA)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills
• Supervisory and behavioral assessment experience preferred
• Experience providing behavioral services to children and adults preferred
• Experience in quality management preferred
• Proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Develop treatment plans with individualized, evidence-based strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors and increase independence
• Create and implement schedules and routines tailored to each client’s needs
• Provide leadership and coaching to staff to ensure quality service and professional growth
• Model effective behavior change procedures for families (e.g., FCT, DRA without Extinction) as requested
• Coordinate services funded through partnerships with local regional centers
