Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to oversee Intensive Behavior Support services in Riverside, CA. You will manage a 20 billable hour/week caseload and lead a team to implement evidencedbased strategies for diverse clients.

The role offers a competitive salary range with a $6,000 annual bonus paid monthly, CEU support, and flexible scheduling to fit family and client needs.

Qualifications

• Active license or certification in good standing (BCBA or Licensed BA).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills.
• Supervisory and behavioral assessment experience preferred.
• Experience with children and adults preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop treatment plans with individualized, evidenced-based strategies.
• Create and implement schedules and routines for clients.
• Provide leadership and guidance to direct care staff through coaching and training.
• Model effective behavior change procedures for families as requested.
• Coordinate service funding with local Regional Center partners.
