Qualifications

- Experience supervising RBTs and delivering family-centered ABA care.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home visits.
Responsibilities
- Develop individualized ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs.
- Conduct assessments and adjust programming based on client progress.
- Provide direct supervision and ongoing training to RBTs and behavior technicians.
- Collaborate with caregivers, families, and internal teams to support generalization of skills.
- Analyze data and ensure high-quality care that aligns with best clinical practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation and stay compliant with insurance and ethical guidelines.
