Job summary

Compleat KiDZ is seeking a Primary Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead in-clinic services with some remote flexibility. The role offers a base salary of $120,000, weekly bonuses when applicable, and relocation assistance.

The position includes comprehensive benefits, a 40-hour schedule, and opportunities to collaborate with BCBAs, OTs, PTs, and SLPs in a supportive clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• NC licensure or eligibility to obtain before start.
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent assessment, documentation, and case management abilities.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a direct caseload of learners.
• Support remote BCBAs to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with families, learners, and BTs/RBTs.
• Serve as the on-site clinical leader—training, mentoring, and managing BTs/RBTs.
