Job summary

Early Autism Services is seeking a Lead BCBA to oversee and expand our new center and home-based ABA services in East Portland, OR. Qualifications

• BCBA certification and license required where applicable.
• 2 years of experience with autism and ABA is required.
• Experience in supervising staff and supervising RBTs preferred.

• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to staff with data-driven treatment.
• Collaborate with clinical directors to ensure quality and growth of services.

Salary Range: $90,000.00 To $97,000.00 Annually

Early Autism Services (EAS) is currently seeking a Lead BCBA to fill a full-time role to oversee and expand our new center and home-based services in East Portland, OR. EAS is a founder-owned company, providing proactive, personalized ABA therapy for children nationwide. Compensation up to 97k annually (including bonuses)

A BCBA certificate & license (if required in the state of practice)

BCBA Required experience:

Working with children with autism: 2 years

Applied Behavior Analysis: 2 years
