Job summary

Butterfly Effects is seeking a licensed BCBA to join our in-home care team. You will design and oversee ABA programs for children with autism, lead interdisciplinary collaboration, and ensure high-quality service delivery across markets.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• Passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder.

Responsibilities

• Lead & supervise RBTs and BTs to ensure high-quality ABA service delivery.
• Assess & plan: functional behavior assessments and goal-driven treatment plans.
• Empower families: monthly caregiver training sessions.
• Coordinate care: collaborate with therapists, educators, and other professionals.
