Qualifications
Master's Degree in Psychology or related field required.
BCBA certification through BACB or LPA licensure is essential.
2+ years of experience in a related field preferred.
Responsibilities
Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
Train Behavior Technicians and caregivers on treatment implementation.
Conduct regular patient supervision via in-person or telehealth.
