Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Psychology or related field required.
• BCBA certification through BACB or LPA licensure is essential.
• 2+ years of experience in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Train Behavior Technicians and caregivers on treatment implementation.
• Conduct regular patient supervision via in-person or telehealth.
