Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or related field is required.
• BCBA certification or LPA licensure is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Train Behavior Technicians and caregivers on treatment plans.
• Conduct regular supervision and communicate updates to caregivers.
