Job summary

CVS Health—Aetna Medicaid—seeks a senior reviewer to lead utilization management for ABA and neurodevelopmental care. You will collaborate with ABA clinical teams, medical directors, and care management to optimize member outcomes.

Requires five years in neurodevelopmental disorders, Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in neurodevelopment/child and adolescent psychology, LA licensure, and BCBA-D. The role offers 40 hours/week, full-time, with a pay range and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of clinical experience in neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism.
• Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in neurodevelopment/child & adolescent psychology.
• BCBA-D credential.
• Primary state licensure in Louisiana (LA).

Responsibilities

• Lead utilization management reviews for ABA-related cases.
• Provide guidance to the ABA clinical team and health plan medical directors.
• Contribute to development of medical management programs addressing neurodevelopmental disorders.
• Advise on guidelines, criteria, and reimbursement policies.
