Qualifications

• 5+ years of neurodevelopmental disorders assessment/treatment experience.
• Doctoral degree with specialization in neurodevelopment and child/adolescent psychology.
• Licensure in Louisiana and willingness to obtain additional licensure as required.
• BCBA-D credential and Autism-focused experience (ABA, NDBI, EIBI).
• Knowledge of CPT/HCPCS coding guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead utilization management reviews for ABA-related cases.
• Support ABA clinical team and health plan medical directors.
• Review neuropsychological testing cases for UM relevance.
• Participate in clinical meetings, offering ABA expertise.
• Contribute to policy development for neurodevelopmental care.
• Advise on guidelines, reimbursement models, and coding compliance.
• Support Medicaid-wide initiatives benefiting neurodevelopmental disorders.
