Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Two to four years of related clinical experience preferred.
• Experience providing ABA services and supervising or training Behavior Interventionists preferred.
• Experience developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies.
• Experience working with clients and families in home, community, or clinical settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a minimum of 35 billable hours per week.
• Supervise Behavior Interventionists and provide coaching to staff.
• Develop treatment goals, behavioral interventions, and strategies.
• Create, implement, monitor, and update individualized treatment plans based on data.
• Collaborate with families and treatment team to ensure consistency across settings.
• Ensure documentation complies with organizational policies and clinical standards.
