You will develop tailored treatment plans and collaborate with a passionate clinical team to support children, teens, and adults with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Passion for mentoring, learning, and collaboration.
• Strong communication skills and a heart for making a difference.
• Open to both newly certified BCBAs and experienced supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Clinical Supervisors.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that empower clients and families.

• Deliver meaningful parent training and support.
