Job summary

Socially Significant ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who serves as the clinical lead for assigned cases, overseeing assessments, program development, supervision, and treatment integrity within a growing organization.

The role emphasizes leadership, ongoing caseload management, collaboration with school partnerships, and provision of parent training and coaching in a clinic-based setting.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities.
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, MAS, FAST, etc.).
• Develop and oversee individualized behavior and skill acquisition plans.
• Manage a caseload of 6–8 clients.
• Supervise and train ABA technicians to ensure high-quality implementation.
• Analyze data and adjust programming based on measurable progress.
• Provide parent and caregiver training.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
