Vibrant ABA in Raleigh, NC is seeking a BCBA to oversee the clinical direction of cases, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise RBTs/BTs with in-person guidance. You will partner with families and the clinical team to drive meaningful progress, monitor data, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate documentation while delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.

Compensation ranges from $95–$110 per hour, with a salaried option discussed for qualified candidates and potential

Qualifikationen

• Active BCBA certification.
• Active NC LBA license.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs/BTs, including required in-person supervision.
• Monitor data and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide caregiver training and ongoing family collaboration.
• Collaborate with parents, behavioral therapists, and the clinical care team to support positive client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance.
