Butterfly Effects is seeking a Center Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Houston, TX. The role offers BCBA leadership with supervision, clinical autonomy, and opportunities for advancement as the organization grows nationwide.

We provide strong support, ethical standards, and a family-centered approach, with a base salary of $85,000–$95,000 plus quarterly bonuses and potential total compensation up to $107,000.

Qualifications

• Master's level degree in ABA, psychology, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• Passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder.

Responsibilities

• Lead & supervise RBTs and BTs to ensure high-quality ABA service delivery.
• Assess and plan: conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized goals.
• Empower families: lead monthly caregiver training sessions.
• Coordinate care with therapists, educators, and other professionals for holistic outcomes.
