You’ll join a collaborative team focused on meaningful outcomes. You’ll be in the clinic regularly, supervise RBTs, lead treatment, and help grow our clinical leaders.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or eligibility in Hawaii.
• Strong data-driven approach and collaboration.
• Commitment to high standards and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Be in the clinic regularly, supervise RBTs, and lead treatment when needed.
• Provide frequent feedback and ensure treatment plan deadlines are met.
