Job summary

Ahead ABA is growing in Frederick County and seeks a BCBA in the Frederick area. The position offers part-time or full-time options with a hybrid setup including remote admin and parent training time.

You will lead in-home ABA cases for kids, write/update treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and meet with parents to discuss progress. Active BCBA and Maryland license (or eligibility) are required.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Maryland license or eligible to obtain one.
• Team-oriented with strong communication with families.
