Job summary

Factory Motor Parts seeks a Battery Warehouse Supervisor to assist the Battery Operations Manager in daily facility operations at the Atlanta hub. The role oversees inbound/outbound processes, inventory accuracy, and performance of warehouse staff in a fast-paced distribution center.

You will train staff, coordinate with freight and customers, and ensure safety and compliance while utilizing warehouse management systems to optimize daily throughput.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach location staff on procedures to maximize efficiency.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound procedures and dispatching.
• Oversee inventory management and daily DC operations.
• Supervise warehouse staff and assign tasks to maintain efficiency.
• Complete performance evaluations for direct reports.
• Operate and utilize WMS and facility software to schedule, route, and track operations.
• Communicate with carriers, customers, and internal teams about arrivals, departures, and discrepancies.
